A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday after a November revelation of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.

News of her death was confirmed in a online announcement by the presidential library.
“Our beloved Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”

Within a personal essay this past fall, it was shared that she had been found to have a type of blood cancer with a specific genetic mutation.
